The following provides information about giving your staff access to view or maintain ESOL student rosters.
When When adding the i4see system to a user, there are three primary roles that will provide them with ESOL access. When you add a user choose from one of these three roles (See a, b, c below).

If you want the ESOL user to be able to certify ESOL reports, they have to have district level access. If you leave the “School” blank, then the user will have the district level access. If the user should only have access to s subset of schools, then you can enter the school when creating the role. But again, they will not be able to certify if the role limits them to a school.
