All “General Users” and “Superintendents” who have access to the ESS system have been automatically granted access to the new ESSP system. Additionally, the local Security Administrator for each SAU should now have the ability to grant access to additional users within your district. New IBAS (Input Based Assessment System) data collection.
IBAS data collection is a tool by which schools demonstrate that they are providing an adequate education under RSA 193-E:3-b. This collection will ask you to confirm if you are meeting each of the regulatory requirements for an adequate education.
Health Education Biennial Data Collection:
This collection is to ensure that the following topics- Physiology, Hygiene, Health Education (as it relates to the effects of alcohol and drugs), Physical Education (as it relates to the effects of alcohol and drugs), Child Abuse (as defined in RSA 169-C:3,II), Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and Sexually Transmitted Diseases on the human system, are taught as part of the basic curriculum of school.
