The AOY is the primary and ongoing submission intended to keep an accurate roster of your students
throughout the year. Schools may submit the AOY on a regular basis, e.g., weekly, every couple of
weeks or monthly. The AOY should include any student who was enrolled for any period of time
between the first day of school and the time of submission.Student data included in an AOY submission does not update or replace data in the Beginning of Year (BOY) or End of Year (EOY) submission. The AOY submission is used to update student data to ensure students are assessed in the correct grade and school.
