The AOY is the primary and ongoing submission intended to keep an accurate roster of your students
throughout the year. Schools may submit the AOY on a regular basis, e.g., weekly, every couple of
weeks or monthly. The AOY should include any student who was enrolled for any period of time
between the first day of school and the time of submission.Student Roster submission is used to register students for all state assessments. For additional information, please review the attached document.
