| 4 | Use this code if a | parent refuses to disclose status

| 3 | Full Time National Guard |
| 4 | Student has parents or legal guardians in both 2 and 3student has parents or legal guardians both Active Duty in the Armed Forces AND Full-Time in the National Guard |
