Students reported in both the BOY and the EOY should have the same entry date. If not, this report will list these errors. Entry date you reported in BOY does not match the entry date you reported in the EOY.
How To Resolve Them
Please edit and update your EOY Enrollment records to eliminate anomalies. If corrections need to be made in another district’s data, please contact that district's Local Security Administrator, or the user who uploaded that district's EOY Enrollment submission.
