From your EIS Welcome screen, please select the links below:
You will then see the credentials applied for, issued or expired. Be sure to use the Select link to view the endorsements for each credential type.
Use the links on the left-hand side of the screen to view the following:
Test Scores, Fees and Email communications sent by EIS
Professional Development

Please note:
If you have an active hire date/assignments listed with an employer, you will not be able to view this link. Please see below for further instructions to view/correct your hire date/assignments.

If your hire date/end date/assignments are incorrect, please contact your employer, as all assignment data is uploaded by employers directly into EIS via data submissions to NHED.
Please note:
EIS did not exist before the 2008-2009 school year. Assignments/hire dates prior to this date likely will not, and should not, be in EIS.
Not all charter or non-public schools must report assignments in EIS. Please discuss with your employer directly.
EIS assignments/hire dates are not used for retirement years of service purposes or salary purposes. For retirement years of service questions, please contact your retirement plan directly. For salary questions, please contact your employer’s HR department.

If the field is white, you may edit the information.
Yrs of Experience: This field cannot be left blank, you must enter a 0 if no experience. EIS does not automatically update your account each year - updates must be made by you manually through your profile. Years of Experience entries are not used for application processing as we require experience verification from an employer for applications. Years of Experience are also not used for retirement years of service purposes. For retirement years of service questions, please contact your retirement plan directly.
Email: Be sure to check the spelling of your email as all communications from our office will be through email. Please also provide an alternate email, in case you lose access to your primary email address account.
If the field is grayed out, please see below for further instructions.
Social Security Number: if you note an error, please submit a Help Desk request.
Name: if you note an error or need to update your name, please submit a Name Change request.
Date of Birth and/or Gender: if you note an error,
Upload a copy of your Driver’s License or Government Issued ID that includes Date of Birth/Gender.
Submit a Help Desk request asking for the update.
You can see if your transaction has been successful from EIS/Educator/Home/View Your Credentials/Fees.
The last page of the payment wizard will need to be printed to serve as a receipt. If this step was skipped or you had technical difficulties that prevented printing this page, you can go the Fees link in EIS and print that page to serve as a receipt.
