What Does it Mean
You have either left the original graduation year field blank for a student in grades 9-12, or you have included an original graduation year for a student in grades PK-8 (or grade 15).
Solution
All students in grades 9-12 are required to have an original graduation year. Visit our article for verification error V143, "Original graduation year must be within a valid year range", for more information about determining a student's original graduation year.
Students in all other grades should not be reported with an original graduation year. This includes all students in grades 1-8, preschool (grade 13), kindergarten (grade 14), readiness (grade 16), and post-graduate high school students (grade 15).
