Data Collection Location: Complete this data collection through the Education & Student Success Platform (ESSP) in the MyNHDOE Single Sign-On System.
Instructions: Please report the number of notifications received from families establishing a home education program from October 2, 2024 through October 1, 2025 Districts should not include students who participated in a home education program and were reported in the prior year.
Due Date: October 31, 2025
Certified: No – data collection does not need to be certified.
