Student Is Not Preschool Or Kindergarten, But The Student's Full Day Percentage Is Less Than 100 Percent

Error!

Student is not preschool or kindergarten, but the student's full day percentage is less than 100 percent. ADM will be prorated based on the full day percentage entered.

(zsp_EOYEnroll_FullDayPct_K_or_PS)

What Does it Mean?

Full day percent is used for PK and K, and indicates how many half days students are there for instruction. Typically this number will be 50% for half day Kindergarten or 100% for full day Kindergarten. Pre-schoolers usually only attend 20% / 30% of a full day.

When inputting this information into the students full day percent, you will have to change the 1 to .5 adm for a child attending half day kindergarten (50%), and 0.2 / 0.3 (20 - 30A%) for preschoolers.

Make sure this is accurate for kiddos outside of kindergarten and pre-k.

Solution

If not accurate, please remove the full day percentage from the record.

This is just a warning, not an error.
