How to Share ESSP Forms

In order to receive a shared form, the intended recipient MUST have access to the ESSP system through their myNHDOE account, registered under their district. If the intended recipient does not have access to the ESSP system, they will need to contact the district’s Local Security Administrator (LSA) to request access.

  1. Click start for sending to another ESSP user. The User you are sending must have ESSP system in his/her myNHDOE account. Form share should be toward one ESSP_user email address at a time.
