How to Share Renewal to Operate a K-12 Public School Facility

Important Notes:

The person with access to the form can only share it for one building and to one email address at a time. For example, if there are five buildings, the form for each building must be shared separately with the intended recipient.

In order to receive a shared form, the intended recipient MUST have access to the ESSP system through their myNHDOE account, registered under their district. For example, the person with access to the Nashua High School Building form (e.g., Nashua’s Superintendent) may only share the form to the district’s facility manager if they have access to the ESSP system through their myNHDOE account, registered under Nashua School District. If the intended recipient does not have access to the ESSP system, they will need to contact the district’s Local Security Administrator (LSA) to request access.

  1. Click “Start” to share the form.
