Enrollment Transfers
The Enrollment Transfers submission should be used to exit students previously reported on your current year Enrollment submission who have withdrawn from the district between Enrollment windows. Students exiting your district during the academic school year must be reported on this submission before your next Enrollment file is submitted. Maintaining this process regularly will help minimize cross-district errors and simplify Enrollment reporting.

Summer Graduates and Withdrawals
The Summer Graduates and Withdrawals submission should be used to update enrollment data for students who completed high school or withdrew from the district over the summer, were reported incorrectly in the current year's Enrollment submission and need to be removed, or who were exited incorrectly at the end of the previous school year and need their exit code updated.
