Creating a new myNHDOE account
Please go the to myNHDOE login page to create your account.
If you have not yet established a myNHDOE account, click on the New User? Create an Account link and follow the directions below.
Do not create a new myNHDOE account if you have already created one.
If you do not remember your login credentials, use the Forgot Username Password link to receive a reset email.
If you receive any errors while attempting to create your myNHDOE account, make note of the error message, cancel the set-up wizard and submit a myNHDOE Help Desk request.
Step 1:
Enter your first and last name, date of birth and your work email. You may enter an optional personal email if you choose.
Make sure the date of birth is formatted exactly as shown below.
Click the Next button when complete
If you receive any errors while attempting to create your myNHDOE account, make note of the error message, cancel the set-up wizard and submit a myNHDOE Help Desk request.
Step 2:
If you are have an Educator ID, the system will recognize your details and require one of the two data points. If you do not have an Educator ID, the system will automatically bypass this step and move you to Step 3.

Step 3:
You can select your own User Name (if not already in use) or you can use the User Name Suggestion generated by the system.
Make sure your password includes one upper and lower case letter, a number and a special character. The password must also be at least 8 characters long.
Enter town of birth.
Choose a secret (security) question.
If you receive any errors while attempting to create your myNHDOE account, make note of the error message, cancel the set-up wizard and submit a myNHDOE Help Desk request.
Step 4:
This is the final step, when you click Enter the account will be created.

Step 5:
You have successfully created your new myNHDOE account. You can now reach out to your Local Security Admin if you need access to necessary systems.
When access has been assigned, you will see those systems listed under the System/Role Listing
