The Student Roster submission can be used to register
K-12 students for all state assessments,
charter school payment verification.
Home school students wishing to take a state assessment may be rostered through this submission.
Districts may SUBMIT partial Student Roster file
Once a full Student Roster file has been submitted (usually at the beginning of the school year), districts may submit updates in future submissions without having to resubmit the full Roster
It is okay if a district chooses to resubmit the full Student Roster
Districts may also choose to submit only new student entries and exits, which will update the Student Roster and its related reports in i4see (e.g., Assessment Roster, ESOL Roster, and Charter Enrollment Verification)
It’s not necessary to download the submission CSV each time a new upload is submitted, but it’s available if desired.
NOTE: Partial load allowed -- Submission can include all or a subset of students that need to be added or updated in your roster.
