If I have a contract with a vendor to provide a service during the remote-learning period, can I still pay for it and get reimbursed with my Federal grant?

If the service is not completed, you will not be reimbursed. Contracts with vendors should have clauses for termination. We are connecting with our Federal partners to find out if any additional flexibility will be provided.
