EOY Archived Trainings

The end of school year in June, all districts must provide data for each student who was enrolled in their district at any point during the school year. Additionally, this submission includes students who are/were the financial responsibility of the school but were placed out-of-district (including at nonpublic schools in-state and public or nonpublic schools out-of-state).

This submission is used for ADM and adequacy funding, to cross check fall enrollment counts, for assessment reporting, and for drop-out prevention.

AOY

AOY- Anytime of Year submission is created because, New Hampshire State Consolidated plan, state reporting and adequacy funding all require enrollment data throughout the year for the purpose of enabling their enrollment throughout the year. All districts are required to submit the AOY submission for each student who was enrolled in their district at any point during the school year.
