Broadband Access for Low-income and Remote Families

Many schools are providing laptops for their students. Comcast is offering free internet access for families that can’t afford it. And in areas with low broadband coverage, school districts are providing hard copies of materials. Remote instruction does not necessarily mean online, and many schools are using analog methods. Every school district has a responsibility to provide remote instruction to students regardless of income.
