Data Collection Location: Complete this data collection through the Education Statistics System (ESS) in the MyNHDOE Single Sign-On System.
Instructions: Please complete this form based on classes and staffing as of October 1, 2019. PLEASE NOTE – The 2019-2020 Data Collection INCLUDES SPECIAL EDUCATION STAFF. There will be no separate SPED Personnel Data Collection.
Due Date: October 15, 2019
Certified: Yes – Superintendent must certify the data.
