Information about DATA STUDIO:

Information about DATA STUDIO:

NHED is excited to partner with GoGuardian to offer Data Studio, a new, consolidated view of educational performance across multiple state and local testing platforms. Data Studio is available to all educators and administrators within the State of New Hampshire’s public and charter schools, giving them access to comprehensive test results and performance data all in one place.

**For more information or questions, contact: Gray Harrington (sallie.g.harrington@doe.nh.gov)**

ACCESS TO DATA STUDIO:

Information about schools, teachers, students, classes, and administrators flows from NH Department of Education's systems to GoGuardian's Data Studio. System information and data uploads are processed every 24 hours to provide a dynamic and in-depth view of education performance across student, teacher, and school populations. Student information is accessible only by current educators and administrators within a given class, school, district, or SAU.

INCLUDED IN DATA STUDIO:

Students:

  • Student information is pulled from student uploads in i4see/iNHDEX.

  • Information that flows to Data Studio includes students who:

    • are currently enrolled in a New Hampshire public or charter school

    • are in grades K-12

  • Note: students enrolled since 2020-21 are included

Access → Students do not have access to the system. The students are included so administrators and teachers can analyze student assessment results.

Teachers:

  • Teacher information is pulled from course uploads in i4see/iNHDEX.

  • Information that flows to Data Studio includes teachers who:

    • are active and currently employed at a New Hampshire public or charter school

    • have at least one non-administrative, school-level assignment for the current year

  • Rosters: The students enrolled in each class are included.

Access → Teachers with SSO user accounts who have classes will automatically be granted SSO access (beginning by end of January 2025).

Administrators

  • Administrators can work at any of the following levels:

    • SAU

    • District

    • School

  • Administrators are defined by their security role permissions in MyNHDOE.

  • Administrator access is limited to the user’s assigned SAU, district, or school.

Access → Administrators identified in the NH Common Database (aka SEEDS) or via the i4see/iNHDEX system will automatically be granted access to their SAU, district or school.  Local Security Administrators can provide additional access in MyNHDOE.

*Please note: Administrative access does not take effect immediately. Please allow 24 hours for system updates to take effect.
