EIS: Text Notifications for Applicants

The Educator Information System (EIS) now offers the option for applicants to receive text notifications for important email communications.

Notification Process

Opt In

Applicants can update profile preferences for text notifications.

  • Click Here to Edit Profile

  • Continue to Step 3 of 3

  • Select checkbox for Allow SMS/Text for the number(s) that can receive text messages. Data rates may apply. Click Submit.


Notifications

  • Text notifications are sent to the number(s) selected in the profile whenever an email has been sent to the applicant.

  • Text notifications are no-reply. Our office will not receive any communication sent in reply via text. To communicate with our office, please follow the directions below to submit a Help Desk request.

  • Applicants can check the inbox for the emails provided in the EIS profile. Junk/Spam folders should also be checked if the email is not found in the inbox.

  • Applicants can also log into myNHDOE/EIS/Educator/View Your Credentials/Emails to find all emails sent to the applicant.
