Create a Help Desk Account

Why create an account?

Creating an account allows you to easily:

  • track all of your NHDOE Help Desk tickets in one place.

  • check the status of pending tickets.

  • reply to comments from support staff.

  • refer back to closed tickets at a later date.

  • search all the NHDOE Help Desks at the same time, including the Credentialing Knowledge Base.

  • submit tickets from within your account.


Account Set-Up instructions


  1. Visit NHDOE Help Desk

  2. Click the Log in button and sign up for an account. Should you not wish to create a Help Desk account, you can still submit a request at the link above.

  3. That’s it! Let us know how we’re doing by submitting feedback through the Credentialing Help Desk.
