Why create an account?
Creating an account allows you to easily:
track all of your NHED Help Desk tickets in one place.
check the status of pending tickets.
reply to comments from support staff.
refer back to closed tickets at a later date.
search all the NHED Help Desks at the same time, including the Credentialing Knowledge Base.
submit tickets from within your account.

Click the Log in button and sign up for an account. Should you not wish to create a Help Desk account, you can still submit a request at the link above.
