License Reciprocity
The following table includes some of the most common types of licenses NH has evaluated for full licensure. This list does not include all states or license types, and licenses with a particular name in one state may not mean the same thing in another state. In addition, some states have updated names/requirements of licenses and further evaluation may be needed. Please submit documentation from your state Department of Education if you have any concerns about whether your licensure will be evaluated as a full license for reciprocity.
Licenses issued by state agencies other than the state’s Department of Education are generally not reciprocal for a NH Department of Education license (currently we will accept TX School Psychologist through the TX Board of Examiners).
Out-of-State reciprocity is only for US States and Territories (the 50 US states, District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands).
