Submit Application/Documentation
From your EIS Welcome screen, select the following links:
Click on “Apply for Credential” to begin the application/payment wizard. You will confirm your profile information, respond to conduct/ethics acknowledgements and submit payment.
If you receive the following error, this could mean you have two EIS/Educator accounts, your recommendation was submitted more than 30 days ago (known EIS glitch) or your educator preparation program has not submitted an electronic recommendation for you yet – please submit a Help Desk request before contacting your institution.
Upload required documentation:
official college transcript with registrar’s signature, conferred degree, program completion verification, and licensure recommendation
official, endorsement specific, passing test score reports
Criminal History Record Check Clearance application must be submitted if required. Student CHRC clearances are expired 6 months from the issue date.

You can see if your transaction has been successful from EIS/Educator/Home/View Your Credentials/Fees.
