What Does it Mean

Your submission includes a record(s) with an exit date without a corresponding exit code OR the Exit Code field has a Code but no Exit Date.

Solution

Review the data entered in the Exit Date and the Exit Code fields of the affected record(s).  Both fields must contain a value or both fields must be blank.
