What Does it Mean?

Grade 15 is used to indicate that the student is a high school completer but is attending school to receive services provided post-grad and is typically reserved special education students. Each year the student must be exited with a W30 Exit Code and without a promotion indicator as they were promoted from Grade 12 to Grade 15 in an EOY previously.
