Multiple Active EOY Records (Duplicates) -
What Does it Mean
The student's information has been entered within the submission more than once in more than one districts or multiple districts.
How to Resolve Them
Identify the duplicate records in the submission and delete them, so that each student has only one unique record in the submission.
The easiest way to identify duplicates is to use conditional formatting in the originating Excel or CSV file to identify duplicate values. In most submissions the duplicates should be identified in the SASID column, but for submissions that do not use a SASID - such as the SASID Request submission itself -- another column or combination of columns should be used to identify duplicates.
