Overlapping Entry and Exit Dates

Overlapping Entry and Exit Dates

What Does it Mean

Student has multiple records in and one of the records has a withdrawal date which falls after another record’s entry and re-entry date.

How To Resolve Them

Please edit and update your EOY Enrollment records to eliminate anomalies. If corrections need to be made in another district’s data, please contact that district's Local Security Administrator, or the user who uploaded that district's EOY Enrollment submission. A list of Local Security Administrators is available on the DOE website: NH Public Schools | NH Department of Education .

Sometimes a record will show up on an anomaly report that is not in error.  These are considered Explained Anomalies, and do not need to be resolved.  If you are unsure if your anomaly reports include an Explained Anomaly, please contact the Department for assistance.  Only the Department can determine if an anomaly is an Explained Anomaly that does not require further resolution.Report detail coming soon.
