TRAINING VIDEO: Course & Class Submissions - Common Question & Slide Deck

This submission collects course-level enrollment data for students in district schools. Courses included in this file must also be in the district's Course submission.

• Districts may SUBMIT partial Student Class files

• If updates must be made to the Student Class, a Course Assignment file must be submitted FIRST that includes the courses referenced in the Student Class file

• ALL students in a class must be submitted when adding a student

  • Students who were previously submitted in the Student Class who aren’t included in a future submission of that same class will be DELETED from that class in the Student Class table

  • This is how you can REMOVE students from a class

• As with the Course Assignments file, it’s recommended that districts download the resulting submission CSV (and any Errors if applicable) once a Student Class has been submitted

• This submission must be submitted AFTER you submit the Course Assignments submission.

• NOTE: Submission should be a single file including all schools in the district. Full load expected.
