Additional Resources:
Tasks to Complete Before A Submission Window Opens
Ensure all iNHDEX users are up-to-date and have correct user roles assigned.
Validate your data.
The next steps will vary slightly depending on what SIS system you use.
If you use the Alma SIS, follow these steps.
If you use an SIS from any other vendor (Non-Alma), follow these steps.
Tasks to Complete During an Active Submission Window
Submit your single district-level file, including out of district (OOD) students (if applicable).
Cross-district errors are generated based on other district’s SUBMITTED data. This means the first district to upload and validate a file will be able to submit that file to NHED, but subsequent districts that have a cross-district conflicts involving that district will NOT be able to submit until the conflict is resolved.
If any cross-district conflicts exist, the first district to upload their data will be able to submit. Subsequent districts with the same cross-district conflict will not be able to submit their file until the cross-district errors are resolved.
Resolve all cross-district issues (if any). Open a help desk ticket only if you need NHED to intervene in resolving cross-district conflicts.
Depending on the window, log-in to i4see and verify that your submissions have been posted to your workqueue. Submissions will post to i4see within 2 hours of submission.
Certification Tasks:
For the 24/25 EOY reporting window, you will need to complete certification in i4see.
That functionality will be moved to iNHDEX in the 25/26 school year.
