  • Step 1: Generate/Refresh and Validate  the district-level submission data.

MORE INFO: 

  1. Once all validation errors have cleared, you are ready to submit once the submission window opens.

  2. Use the “Fix-It” feature to resolve all errors directly in the Alma SIS. Questions about data updates in the Alma SIS should be addressed to Alma directly.

  • Step 2: Repeat these steps often to  ensure accurate , clean data.  Refreshing often will result in  minimal correction prior to the submission window opening.
