COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS: Data dictionary page link

The College and Career Readiness (CCR) Submission is a required submission for all districts with a high school (grades 9-12), including charter school districts. A student's college and career readiness is inclusive of their entire high school career.

• Submit data for all 9th through 12th grade students who were actively enrolled in your district during the school year.

• High school students only in Public Schools. Districts are not required to report CCR indicators for students in out-of-district or out-of-state placements.

• Districts may report a student's attainment of identified CCR indicators that occurred at any point during the student's high school tenure, from grade 9 through grade 12.

• Students who repeat grade 12 should be reported each year they repeat the grade until they depart school.

• NOTE: Submission should be a single file for all students in attendance on the first day of school. Full load expected
